How do we work? It is simple yet effective as we know our task.
Firstly, we will hold a discussion with our client and get a better understanding of their requirements and budget pertaining to the coverage. A survey will be conducted on the premises and a matching proposals will be recommended as per clien's requirements. These will vary from supply of manpower, security procedures and if necessary, the installations of surveillance and other security systems.
In case of budget constrains, when the only requirement is limited security manpower, we will then propose the required manpower to provide minimum security coverage.

There will be Duty Officers appointed on duty daily (24 hours) for the day and night shift. He will work together with security personnel and advise, guide and provide remedial solutions to any problems encountered by the assigned and he will attend to all urgent and emergencies pertaining to the assignment.
In addition to the above security arrangement, an officer-in-charge will be assigned to over-see the said assignment. He will be responsible for all problems pertaining to the assignment. He will handle all security-related matters and will be the liaison officer between the client and our company.
Our Control Room services are extended to our clients. The Control-Room-Officers (CRO) will check the assignments at varied hourly intervals via telephone and / or suprized checks by our patrol car officers. He will also advice and co-ordinate on all matters when necessary.
Our Patrol car officers will make routine and suprise checks on the assignments. They are trained to respond to EMERGENCY SITUATIONS and to render all possible assistance.
Security Personnel selected for taking up a new assignment are put through a short-induction course tailored to meet the specific needs of the clients and the assignments.
In addition to our INDUCTION course, our security personnel are trained in approved courses on Basic Training on CPC, Fire Panel/Procedures, Report Writing, Patrol duties, Clocking duties, Main Gate duties, Checking of incoming/outgoing vehicles, First Aid etc. With the above training, our security personnel will discharge their duties diligently and with confidence.
Our management team consists of ex-police officers and civil servants. They are committed full-time to our company's operations. The team will randomly visit the assigned project periodically to ensure a smooth and effective security operation. Where necessary, they will also recommend measures to enforce and enhance on security procedures at your assigned projects.
Our private investigation team is also available to our valued clients should they have any problems in their organization, eg. pilfering, petty thefts, frequent loss of stores, suspected sabotage, staff who needs to be closely monitored, vandalism, etc.
As a service to our valued clients, we advise and undertake the installation of Computerised and manual clocking systems for the assignments.
SafeGuard has a dedicated radio communication frequency for our in-house and island wide radio communication network. The security personnel attached to any assignments will be able to communicate with one another within the assignments. They are also able to communicate with our Headquarters through the walkie-talkie sets. Our Headquarters can communicate with the security personnel through the base station. In addition, our radio patrol vehicles can also be contacted through the radio communication network by our Headquarters and vice versa.
Portable walkie-talkie sets for efficient and effective communications within the assignments are available to our clients too at a nominal charge.
As an added value to our clients, we also provide guard-dogs services. Our associates guard-dogs specialists, will supply trained guard-dogs with trained handlers at special needs and request by client.
In enhancing the security, SafeGuard will recommend the installation of automated security alarm systems, including CCTVs, door-contacts, etc for clients who needs them.
